AH-MAZING, the portion is perfect, the instructions are clear and the rehydration process is perfect. Even at a high elevation or portaging by the lakes, the rehydration process has been very good. The flavor is amazing and good chunks of protein is highly appreciated. This is by far my favorite backcountry camping meal.

Nice spicy flavour. Meat takes awhile to rehydrate so make sure you give it enough time. Extremely good meal. Loved it. Great taste and very filling. I only used half as I was testing it out. Rehydrated very well and the taste was fantastic.

I never review things, but my partner and I agreed that the Butter Chicken with Rice was one of the best backpacking meals we’ve ever had. Bought this on a whim at a market and when we tried it on the trail, we kept in mind that it’s bagged food and not from a restaurant… we were blown away by how flavourful and satisfying it was - far exceeding expectations. We will certainly be buying this for our future trips and we recommend it to all of our friends.
