Shipping & Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada.
Canada post expedited parcel usually takes three business days, not guaranteed.
We offer flat rate shipping in Canada. Orders within British Columbia have a flat rate of $15. Orders from all other provinces have a flat rate of $20.
Product Information
Yes! All our products are made in-house at our farm on Vancouver Island. We are also proud members of Island Good and Buy BC.
We offer 3 different package sizes for our meal options. You can visit our "About Our Products" page to learn more about portioning.
Yes we do! You can filter through all our products in our shop for our gluten free offerings.
